Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain company network infrastructure including servers, cloud systems, and security protocols

- Document IT processes, procedures, and system configurations

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in IT support/network administration
- CompTIA Security+ or AWS/Azure certification preferred
- Proficiency with Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization technologies
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
