- Oversee office operations including supply inventory, vendor management, and facility coordination
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and maintain digital project tracking systems
- Handle sensitive financial information and expense reporting processes
- Represent the company professionally with clients, partners, and board members
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive administrative experience supporting C-level executives
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools
