Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics with precision
- Prepare confidential reports, presentations, and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects and serve as primary liaison between executives and stakeholders
- Oversee office operations including supply inventory, vendor management, and event coordination
- Maintain digital filing systems ensuring compliance with data security protocols
- Assist in budget tracking and expense report processing
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of executive administrative support experience in corporate environments
