Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel logistics for executives
- Prepare and edit confidential documents, reports, and presentations with meticulous attention to detail
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external communications
- Oversee office operations including supply inventory, vendor management, and facility coordination
- Assist in budget tracking, expense reports, and financial documentation
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and maintain project tracking systems
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain professional confidentiality
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of executive administrative support experience in a corporate setting
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
- Proven experience with calendar management, travel coordination, and expense reporting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with professional demeanor
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive information
- Associates degree or equivalent administrative certification preferred
