Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, sort, and package shipments in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after completing company training
- Maintain organized inventory records using handheld scanners and basic software
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and dock operations
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – we train all new hires
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic math and communication skills
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
