Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support for hardware/software issues
- Resolve network connectivity and security incidents
- Document troubleshooting processes and maintain ticket systems

Qualifications

- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow)

- Ability to work flexible hours including on-call rotation
