Responsibilities
- Client Interaction: Provide exceptional first-line support to customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems for end-users in a timely manner.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all support tickets, interactions, and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Training: Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on the latest technology trends and company protocols.
- Escalation: Identify complex issues that require specialized attention and escalate them to senior engineers or managers appropriately.
- Feedback: Collect feedback from clients and pass it along to product teams to help improve our services.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus.
- Experience: No prior professional experience required; we value potential and attitude over tenure.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy (Windows/Mac), understanding of web browsers, and internet navigation.
