Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical roles (Software Engineering, Data Science, Product Management).
- Source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search strategies.
- Screen, interview, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Manage the candidate pipeline and provide a world-class candidate experience.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define job requirements and compensation packages.
- Build and maintain a robust network of industry contacts.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Technical Recruitment or Staffing.
- Proven track record of filling hard-to-fill roles.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycles (SDLC) and technical stacks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
