Role Overview:
The Senior Full Stack Engineer will be responsible for the entire software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using modern frameworks (React/Node.js).
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Optimize application performance, security, and accessibility.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
