What You Will Do
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive the technical assistance they need to thrive in their daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues via phone, email, and chat to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Guide customers through complex technical problems and provide clear, step-by-step solutions.
- Document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our internal database accurately.
- Identify trends in customer inquiries and relay feedback to the product and development teams.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to escalate and resolve high-priority technical tickets.
- Assist in the installation and configuration of software and hardware for new clients.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- No prior technical experience is necessary; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Strong desire to learn new technologies and solve problems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
