Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads through market research and networking.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients via phone and video calls.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure high retention rates.
- Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve client inquiries and technical issues.
- Update and manage customer data in our CRM system accurately and efficiently.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and team training sessions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on persuasion.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and sales methodologies quickly.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for occasional off-site meetings.
- Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus but not required.
