Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and chat for enterprise clients
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues including OS, networking, and SaaS applications
- Document cases in CRM systems with detailed resolution steps
- Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 engineers with clear context
- Conduct remote system diagnostics and basic troubleshooting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve support workflows
- Participate in weekly knowledge-sharing sessions
Qualifications
- 0-2 years of technical support or customer service experience
- CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent coursework (preferred)

- Ability to work independently in remote settings
- Valid US work authorization required
