Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Document all technical interactions and resolutions in our internal knowledge base.
- Collaborate with senior technical staff to learn new technologies and best practices.

Qualifications
