Responsibilities
- Initiate and conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls to potential clients.
- Research and qualify leads to identify viable opportunities within our target market.
- Manage and update client information accurately in our CRM system (Salesforce).
- Collaborate with the sales team to schedule meetings and demos for Account Executives.
- Participate in daily training sessions and team huddles to improve performance metrics.
- Develop strong relationships with prospects through professional and engaging communication.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a "hunger" to succeed.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency with computers and basic software applications.
