Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed revenue targets
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team of 8-10 professionals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key B2B clients across Texas
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing to create compelling campaigns and product launches
- Monitor sales KPIs and provide regular performance reports to leadership
- Travel 20% of the time to client sites and industry events
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 7 years of progressive sales experience with 3+ years in management
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding $5M+ annual sales targets
- Expertise in SaaS sales cycles and CRM platforms (Salesforce required)
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision making
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
