Responsibilities
- Manage daily front desk operations, including professional greeting of visitors and screening of calls.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, managing calendars, booking conference rooms, and preparing meeting agendas.
- Maintain office inventory and order supplies, ensuring the workspace is fully stocked and organized.
- Assist with document preparation, data entry, and filing systems to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Plan and execute company events, team-building activities, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors and service providers (e.g., IT support, cleaning services).
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and couriers efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration is a plus.
- Previous administrative experience is preferred but not required; we value potential and attitude.
