- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals
- Document and troubleshoot IT incidents using ticketing systems
- Assist with user account management and access permissions
- Support cybersecurity protocols and data protection measures
- Collaborate with IT team on system upgrades and implementations
- Conduct training sessions for new software and tools
Qualifications
