Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across Windows/macOS environments
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support via phone, email, and remote access
- Deploy and configure network equipment (routers, switches, firewalls)
- Document all ticket resolutions and knowledge base articles
- Conduct cybersecurity awareness training for clients
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex infrastructure projects
- Monitor system health and proactively address performance bottlenecks
Qualifications
- Associate degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
- Proficiency in Active Directory, Office 365, and cloud platforms
- Exceptional problem-solving and customer communication skills
- Basic scripting knowledge (Python/PowerShell preferred)
- Ability to work rotating on-call shifts (1 weekend/month)
- Valid driver's license for occasional client site visits
