Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues during weekend operations.
- Monitor system performance and respond to urgent tickets with a high degree of accuracy.
- Collaborate with the on-site team to ensure seamless service delivery across all platforms.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in our knowledge management system.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Assist in the deployment of new software updates and patches.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in technical support, IT helpdesk, or customer service roles.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS) and basic networking concepts.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation and valid ID required.
- Willingness to work rotating weekends and holidays as needed.
