What You Will Do:
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support via phone, email, and ticketing systems to resolve hardware and software issues.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot basic network connectivity problems and peripheral devices.
- Document all customer interactions, resolutions, and technical data accurately in our CRM.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of workstations and mobile devices.
- Collaborate with senior technicians to learn advanced troubleshooting techniques.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when assisting internal and external customers.
Qualifications
