Responsibilities
- Technical Assistance: Provide exceptional technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
- System Maintenance: Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and peripherals.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of support tickets, incidents, and system configurations.
- Customer Service: Deliver a high level of customer service while resolving technical problems to ensure minimal downtime for the business.
- Collaboration: Work closely with senior engineers and other team members to improve system reliability and user experience.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
- Basic Skills: Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
