Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and remote assistance for hardware/software issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Document troubleshooting procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior engineers on network infrastructure projects
- Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory
- Conduct routine system audits and preventative maintenance
- Assist with onboarding new employees and IT equipment setup
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field OR equivalent experience
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS and networking fundamentals
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent written/verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Valid driver's license required for occasional on-site visits
