Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to end-users via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network issues with a high degree of accuracy.
- Document all technical issues, resolutions, and customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to escalate complex tickets and improve internal knowledge bases.
- Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and security patching as assigned.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while managing high volumes of incoming support requests.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Information Technology or a related field is a strong plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is preferred but not required for immediate hires.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Familiarity with Windows and macOS operating systems and common office applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
