Responsibilities
- Architect & Develop: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using modern technologies and best practices.
- Code Review: Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to coding standards.
- System Optimization: Identify and resolve bottlenecks in existing systems to improve speed and scalability.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical decision-making processes.
- Documentation: Create clear, concise technical documentation for architecture and API specifications.
- Testing: Implement unit and integration tests to ensure robust application functionality.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Java, or C#. Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is highly preferred.
- Database: Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Agile: Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
