Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop/laptop systems
- Manage user accounts and permissions across company platforms
- Document technical issues and resolutions in ticketing systems
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on infrastructure projects
- Conduct periodic system audits and maintenance
- Deliver training to end-users on new technologies
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS/Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- CompTIA A+ certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira)
- Ability to lift 25 lbs for hardware maintenance
