Responsibilities
- Provide responsive technical support to resolve hardware/software issues via phone, email, and in-person
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and peripherals
- Document all support activities and maintain accurate technical documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system upgrades and security patches
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues

Qualifications
