Responsibilities
- Lead a cross-functional team of 8+ engineers in designing and implementing scalable cloud solutions
- Drive technical strategy and architectural decisions for high-traffic platforms
- Mentor junior developers through code reviews and pair programming sessions
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices
- Conduct regular performance tuning and system optimization
- Present technical solutions to executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- 3+ years of team leadership experience with proven track record
- Expertise in microservices architecture and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong proficiency in at least two backend languages (Java/Python/Go)
- Certification in cloud platforms (AWS Solutions Architect/GCP Professional)
- Experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
