Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and chat for hardware/software issues
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Document all support cases in ticketing system with detailed resolution notes
- Collaborate with senior engineers to resolve complex technical escalations
- Conduct system audits and implement basic security protocols
- Assist in onboarding new employees with IT setup and training
- Maintain accurate inventory of IT assets and equipment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred)
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and networking fundamentals
