Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues via phone, email, and in-person support
- Assist with hardware installations, upgrades, and preventative maintenance
- Document IT processes and create user documentation/training materials
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on infrastructure projects and security protocols
- Manage inventory control for IT assets and software licensing
- Support office technology setups and AV equipment maintenance
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems and network fundamentals
- Familiarity with helpdesk ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Desk)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to technical detail
- Excellent written/verbal communication and customer service abilities
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred (willing to train)
- Ability to lift 20-30 lbs for equipment installations
