- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues using remote support tools.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all support tickets.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Adhere to all company security protocols and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Identify trends in technical issues and escalate accordingly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in technical support, help desk, or customer service required.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and remote desktop software.
