Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, email, and remote access
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems and peripheral devices
- Document all support tickets and resolutions in CRM systems
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on network security initiatives
- Train end-users on new software implementations and best practices
- Monitor system performance and escalate critical issues
- Assist with onboarding/offboarding of employees
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Familiarity with network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Customer service mindset with patience and empathy
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
