Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, email, and chat
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Document all incidents, resolutions, and asset information in ITSM systems
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on network security initiatives
- Assist with user account management and access control
- Conduct periodic system audits and maintenance checks
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and work flexible hours
- Valid California driver's license (required for occasional site visits)
