Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and chat for hardware/software issues
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and peripherals
- Document incidents, resolutions, and asset inventory in ticketing systems
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex network and security tasks
- Assist with software deployments and system upgrades
- Conduct user training on new technologies and best practices
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
