Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues to ensure optimal system performance.
- Document technical solutions and customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to escalate complex technical issues.
- Conduct basic system maintenance and perform software updates.
- Assist in the deployment of new hardware and peripherals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and operating systems (Windows & Mac).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a logical approach to troubleshooting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to obtain relevant certifications (we provide training!).
