Responsibilities
- Manage Customer Inquiries: Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls and emails with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Problem Solving: Analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions using our internal database and resources.
- Data Entry & Maintenance: Accurately update customer records and maintain detailed logs of all interactions to ensure data integrity.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior team members and other departments to improve overall service delivery.
- Product Advocacy: Educate customers on our services and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant solutions.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and report trends to management to help shape our product and service strategies.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) is a plus but not required.
- Reliability: Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work a full-time schedule (Monday - Friday).
- Attitude: A positive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to multitask and manage time effectively while ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
