Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional support to clients via phone, email, and live chat to resolve inquiries efficiently.
- Conduct onboarding sessions for new customers to ensure a seamless transition to our platform.
- Monitor customer accounts to identify trends and proactively address potential issues.
- Collaborate with the product and sales teams to relay valuable client feedback.
- Update customer records in our CRM system with high accuracy.
- Assist in the development of internal knowledge base articles and FAQs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; bachelor's degree is a plus but not required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new technologies.
