- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and transactions.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed (40+ wpm).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
