Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound/outbound customer communications across multiple channels
- Resolve client inquiries and technical issues with first-contact resolution
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining data integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex cases
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT and resolution targets
- Participate in ongoing product knowledge training and certification programs
- Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to team initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college graduates encouraged)
- 0-2 years customer service or related experience
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
