Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and addressing their inquiries with a positive attitude.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Assist in maintaining store displays, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the sales floor is clean and inviting.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Handle cash and credit transactions, ensuring all policies and procedures are followed.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills for transaction processing.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed.
