Responsibilities

- Resolve customer issues and complaints by identifying the root cause and providing effective solutions.

- Enter and update customer data accurately into our CRM systems.
- Assist in the development and training of new team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service processes and product offerings.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
