Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism.

- Update customer records in the CRM database with current information.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly performance targets.
Qualifications
