Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints by identifying the root cause and providing effective, sustainable solutions.
- Document all customer interactions and account updates accurately in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Provide product and service information to ensure clients have a complete understanding of their options.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer-centricity.
- Proficiency in basic computer operations and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but we train motivated entry-level candidates.
