Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap for AI initiatives, specifically focusing on scalable architectures for the 2026 landscape.
- Team Building: Recruit, mentor, and retain top-tier engineering talent, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Technical Oversight: Architect complex, distributed AI systems ensuring high availability, security, and performance at scale.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for investors, executives, and technical partners.
- R&D Innovation: Spearhead research into emerging paradigms such as Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs), Transformer models, and Edge AI.
- Product Integration: Collaborate closely with product teams to ensure AI solutions deliver measurable business value and user impact.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or director-level role within AI or Machine Learning.
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to anticipate future technological trends and align engineering roadmaps with business objectives.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to diverse audiences, from developers to C-suite executives.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving ambiguous problems and driving projects from conception to successful deployment.
