Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning R&D goals with long-term business objectives.
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing, Advanced Robotics) into our product ecosystem.
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts before mass market deployment.
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to ensure strategic agility and foresight.
- Manage the budget for innovation labs and pilot programs, ensuring high ROI on experimental projects.
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups to drive open innovation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Strategic Planning, Product Management, or Technology Consulting within the tech sector.
- Proven track record of leading complex technical transformations or defining long-term product roadmaps.
- Advanced degree (MBA, MSc, or PhD) in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration preferred.
- Deep understanding of current and future tech stacks, specifically AI/LLMs and distributed systems.
