Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technology roadmap for 2026 and beyond, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., advanced AI, quantum computing, spatial computing) to drive competitive advantage.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration between Engineering, Product, and Executive leadership to prioritize high-impact initiatives.
- Manage a portfolio of R&D projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with the 2026 vision.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for innovation and measure the success of new technology integrations.
- Stay ahead of industry disruptors and regulatory changes that may impact our strategic trajectory.
- Mentor engineering leadership teams to foster a culture of continuous learning and forward-thinking.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, strategy, or product development, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior executive role.
- Proven track record of successfully launching disruptive technologies or leading major digital transformations.
- Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and cloud infrastructure architectures.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Exceptional strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Demonstrated experience in managing budgets of $5M+ and leading large-scale teams.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating a complex vision to diverse stakeholders.
