Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and execution of the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business objectives.
- Conduct deep-dive market analysis and trend forecasting to identify emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Quantum Readiness) relevant to the 2026 timeframe.
- Cultivate strategic partnerships with key technology vendors and research institutions to stay ahead of the curve.
- Collaborate with the C-Suite to define innovation budgets and resource allocation for future initiatives.
- Oversee the evaluation and pilot testing of experimental technologies with high potential for 2026 deployment.
- Communicate complex future-state strategies to diverse stakeholders, ensuring buy-in across the organization.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, Product Management, or Strategic Planning, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven track record of leading multi-year strategic initiatives and forecasting market shifts.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies, specifically AI/ML, Cloud Architecture, and Web3.
- Exceptional ability to translate abstract future concepts into concrete, actionable product requirements.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data from diverse sources into actionable insights.
- Masterβs degree in Business Administration (MBA), Computer Science, or a related technical field is preferred.
