- Foster a culture of innovation, mentoring senior architects and engineers in emerging tech stacks.
- Conduct rigorous R&D feasibility studies for speculative technologies.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate futuristic concepts into scalable business solutions.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
- Deep expertise in Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) integration and quantum algorithmic design.
- Proven track record of managing high-stakes projects with multi-million dollar budgets.
- Strong background in privacy-preserving technologies and decentralized security.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
