Responsibilities
- Architecting the 2026 Roadmap: Design and implement high-level strategies for AI systems that align with the 2026 vision, ensuring scalability and robustness.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Lead a diverse team of futurists, engineers, and strategists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Policy & Ethics: Define and enforce ethical guidelines for autonomous systems, ensuring alignment with human values and global standards.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives and external partners to translate complex future-tech concepts into actionable business goals.
- R&D Oversight: Direct research initiatives into emerging technologies, specifically focusing on neural interfaces and predictive modeling for 2026.
- Resource Allocation: Manage multi-million dollar budgets for R&D projects and infrastructure upgrades.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Systems Engineering, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in a senior leadership role within the tech industry, with at least 5 years focused on AI or complex system architecture.
- Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, big data architectures, and cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP).
