Responsibilities
- Define the Strategic Vision: Lead the creation of the company's 5-year technical roadmap, specifically focusing on AI advancements through 2026.
- Technical Leadership: Guide the engineering and research teams in the development of scalable, robust AI architectures and machine learning models.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into clear strategies for C-level executives and external investors.
- Innovation & R&D: Identify emerging trends in Generative AI, Quantum Computing, and Edge AI to integrate into our product suite.
- Team Building: Recruit, mentor, and retain top-tier talent in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI deployments adhere to strict ethical guidelines and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 10+ years in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to define product strategy and lead cross-functional teams to successful execution.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to diverse audiences.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated history of solving complex, large-scale technical problems.
