Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code while adhering to industry best practices and coding standards.
- Problem Solving: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues to ensure system stability and performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver features on time.
- Testing: Conduct thorough unit and integration testing to validate functionality and catch bugs early in the development cycle.
- Maintenance: Monitor application performance and apply necessary updates and patches to ensure security and reliability.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional software development experience.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript (React/Vue), Python, or Java is required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Remote Ready: Ability to work effectively in a remote or hybrid environment (especially for NC applicants).
